Josh Reid MEng

Josh has worked extensively in the offshore oil and gas industries, designing equipment for multinational companies involved in storing, transporting and laying pipes, designing equipment for submarines and for the world's navies.

First studying Aeronautical Engineering in Southampton and then Product Design Engineering at the University of Glasgow and Glasgow School of Art, Josh has been educated in the skills that span across the engineering discipline.

Josh's specialist skills include the development of mechanisms, structural engineering analysis, computational fluid dynamics and offshore renewable energy systems. He is a recipient of the Prince Phillip Engineering Award

Josh is interested in politics, economics, social trends and architecture. Josh spends his spare time sailing, playing with old vehicles, and painting.
